Dec 21st UPDATE: as Registered Acupuncturists, we are deemed essential during the upcoming Provincial Lockdown, and will therefore remain open to In-Patient Acupuncture services.
The Clinic will be closed for the Holidays between December 24th and January 4th, re-opening Jan 5/2021.
It’s our goal to make the clinic as safe as possible for you to come for your Acupuncture therapy, while still providing a calm and serene healing environment. We have implemented additional safety protocols and precautions in order for you to have a safe Acupuncture experience.
Here’s what to expect: You will be pre-screened for signs and symptoms of covid-19 the day before your appointment, and again once you walk in to the clinic for therapy. You will then be asked to do a quick temperature reading. If you feel feverish, have a cough, or are experiencing difficulty breathing please do not come in to the clinic. If you feel unwell, or like you are “suddenly coming down with something”, please contact us by phone/email and we can be of support to you remotely, in order to minimize risk and exposure to others. If you have been in close contact with another person who feels unwell, or is ill, please contact the clinic to rebook your appointment.
You will be required to wear a mask the entire time you are in the clinic, and asked to wash your hands once you enter the clinic and again after your treatment.. Please arrive for your appointment right on time in order to minimize traffic in the wait area. Appointments have been staggered to allow more time in between patients. Treatment rooms and equipment will be cleaned after each patient, and thoroughly disinfected throughout the day.
Telemedicine is being encouraged during covid. There’s much that Chinese Herbal Medicine can do for cough, cold, flu, immune support, and for other internal medicine disorders. This is a safe alternative to in-patient care. Please Call to Book
